8:00 am-4:30 pm Human Resources Supervisor Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support HR operations within a fast-paced distribution center environment. This position works closely with management, employees, and staffing partners and is responsible for employee relations, compliance, performance management, staffing support, payroll administration, and day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working directly with employees and management, handling sensitive employee matters, and managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Advise and support Distribution Center management on HR-related matters Partner with management on employee and temporary staffing needs Coordinate performance management processes and ensure company policies are followed Investigate employee complaints and assist with resolving employee relations issues Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration Assist with unemployment claims, hearings, and required documentation Support workers' compensation and workplace safety programs Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of I-9 documentation Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Conduct new-hire orientations and HR training as needed Maintain employee records, personnel documentation, and organizational information Track new-hire compliance and applicable pay ranges Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvements based on findings Supervise and support the daily activities of HR staff Maintain effective communication between employees, management, and staffing agencies Perform additional HR duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR generalist and/or supervisory experience Experience with recruiting, payroll administration, benefits, employee relations, safety, and workers' compensation Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment strongly preferred Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines Physical Requirements This position primarily involves office/computer work within a distribution center environment.
