The Corporate HR Director will lead workforce initiatives, oversee HR programs and policies, and partner with leaders across the organization on employee relations, coaching, performance management, recruitment, engagement, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, comprehensive HR knowledge, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure a compliant, effective, and thriving workplace. Duties Negotiate and implementation of employee benefits, PTO, United Healthcare, Afflac and 401-K. Administrator of Smart Linx and Paylocity Employee Software- Serve as company trainer for both. Provide guidance to management regarding corrective actions, terminations, annual performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Must have knowledge of Corporate & HR-specific Compliance Responsible for overseeing the company Recruitment & Retention Program Sending timely submission of Payroll Based Journal Employee Reporting Assist with sensitive employee situations including investigations and terminations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and employment laws. Human Resource Regional regulatory trainer for Human Resource Directors and staff. Interprets and administers leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal/state laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, etc.) Coordination of Workers Compensation and OSHA while reducing claims quarterly. Implementing safety training's with 4 facilities by department after accessing the needs by building. Clear understanding of EEOC Coordination and compliance with state and federal laws. Centralized Unemployment and legal claims for facilities. Collecting time sensitive information and Quarterly reporting metrics and analytics to company Board of Directors and legal counsel as needed. Develop and implement Employee Orientation Program.
