Key Responsibilities for the
Director of Human Resources:
- Lead the company's HR strategy, policies, and employee programs.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications for the
Director of Human Resources:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
