This is a Salaried position.
Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of HR Operations is responsible to execute the HR services strategy and initiatives through implementation of a centralized HR services and information management team to achieve the desired HR service delivery model. The Director is accountable for the performance and service delivery of HR operations, including systems administration, leave of absence, job workflows, position management, licensure tracking and validation, compensation and benefits administration, and front-line HR support to all Mission Partners and Leaders across the Ministry. The Director regularly collaborates with other HR leaders to define service level agreements and develop processes to meet the goals and objectives. In partnership with the HR executive team, the Director develops the strategy for the HR service delivery model including change management across the division and organization.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Three years leadership experience. Three years experience in Human Resources. Proven ability to lead teams through change. Demonstrated success with translating strategy into action.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field Five years progressive leadership experience in related HR functions, including HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, etc. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
