Qualifications:
5+ years' experience/education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in office management with HR support responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach. Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance standards. Strong PC Skills required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. The ability to multitask is required High energy self-starter; must be able to take initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team Why Work at Scandroli Construction?- Competitive salary with earnings between $60,000-85,000 annually, based on experience.
