Case Supervisor/Staffing Coordinator/Office Admin Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their healthcare needs and preferences. Coordinate staffing assignments to match clients with a homemaker. Assist in developing care plans and ensuring they are implemented effectively. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation for client care and staffing.

Qualifications:

CNA Certification is a plus! Bilingual Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
