Job Description
HR /Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing Environment)Direct Hire/PermA fast-moving production site is looking for an HR and Administration Manager who thrives in a hands-on, high-accountability environment. This role owns all HR operations, supports site leadership, and ensures smooth administrative processes across a 24/7 facility.
Ideally Qualified candidates will be able to perform as much off the following and will bring as much of the following to the role:
Serve as the go-to HR partner for supervisors and managers.
Lead employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and performance management.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and safety regulations.
Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS data, and reporting.
Manage recruiting, onboarding, and training programs.
Drive engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
Support administrative operations including office management, vendor coordination, and invoicing.
Lead process improvements that strengthen HR and administrative efficiency.
What we hope You Bring to the role:5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or similar settings.
Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
Experience with investigations, coaching leaders, and handling sensitive employee matters.
Payroll and benefits administration experience.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
HR certifications or bilingual skills are a plus.
