Experienced Senior HR Generalists with 5+ years of strong full-cycle experience, in lieu of manager-level experience, are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting — from job posting through offer Serve as the go-to resource for employee relations and policy guidance Partner with the organization's benefits broker to manage the medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans Own the HRIS - employee records, timecard review and approval, recruiting workflow, and reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law Help shape long-term talent strategy: workforce planning, retention, and succession planning What You Bring 3+ years of progressive HR experience managing the full employee lifecycle required (professional services experience a strong plus) A track record of sound judgment and airtight discretion with confidential information Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance The ability to be both a hands-on doer and a strategic advisor Compensation & Benefits - Full plan details shared with candidates who advance in the process.
