Our client, a dynamic biotechnology organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. As an HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting site operations and workforce development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

$30-40/hr. on W2
PLUS Benefits Job Type:
6-month contract with the potential for hire or extension
Schedule:
M-F 40 hrs./wk. What's the Job? Partner with site leadership to support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a period of expansion. Collaborate with operational leaders and training teams to support successful onboarding, assimilation, and development of new colleagues. Monitor workforce trends, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions. Coach and support people leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development. Help drive a positive colleague experience by reinforcing culture and organizational values throughout the employee lifecycle. What's Needed? 2-4 years of experience as a Human Resources manager (GMP or quality background beneficial) with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration Performance management expertise Experience in talent development, including action plans and corrective actions Experience driving organizational metrics such as turnover, time to fill, and performance Worked with change management in a dynamic environment What's in it for me?
