As a Senior Labor Relations Representative , you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers. Y ou will support the Labor Relations Manager in driv ing operating efficiencies through contractual agreements, provide labor relations support to employees and plant operating management , and enable a positive workplace culture and environment by: Support the Labor Representatives as a subject matter expert Support training and development of Labor Representatives Managing the implementation of contractual commitments such as attendance management, progressive discipline procedure(s), and workforce administration Participate in EEOC and workplace investigations Assist with c oaching manufacturing and union leadership to resolve business challenges Advis ing and counsel management and union on the administration of contractual obligations Administer data analytics by running attendance reports and gather information to compile into presentations with trend analysis Contribut ing to the application of our lean manufacturing methodology Assisting with team local negotiations between operating management and local union s Key experiences and know-how: The following prior experiences will be required for someone to be successful in this role: Use of Stellantis HR/Labor systems used in the plants including PeopleSoft, Cognos, IBM Notes, electronic discipline system, CATs, etc. Participation in a collective bargaining process Interpretation and application of contracts and agreements Working with multiple stakeholders, all of whom have competing agendas, to ensure the most effective solutions are derived Experience with compliance and investigatory processes within a union environment Facilitation or participation in difficult interactions or situations, focusing on conflict resolution Analyzing data and using data to make decisions Behaviors of a successfulSenior Labor Relations Representative:

Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources with emphasis in labor relations in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of Human Resources Information System and reporting tools (PeopleSoft, Cognos, and CATS) Proficient withMicrosoft Suite Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in labor relations in a manufacturing setting Advanced degree with concentration in Hu man R esources , Industrial Relations or Law Experience managing a team Multi-tasker able to meet deadline Able to interact with all levels of HR/ER, management and UAW officials to accomplish goals Benefits Salaried Employee Benefits (US, Non-Represented) Health & Wellbeing Comprehensive coverages encompassing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and overall Wellbeing of our employees, including short- and long-term disability.
