North Salisbury Road, Richmond, IN 47374 Partner with site and regional leadership to align HR strategies with business goals Provide coaching to managers on people-related decisions, talent development, and performance management Drive cultural initiatives to promote engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness and positive work environment Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements Manage relationships with government agencies and legal counsel as needed Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding and terminations for all levels of the organization Develop workforce planning and succession strategies Implement training and development programs to strengthen workforce capabilities Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in compliance with Mexican law Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive pay practices Advise leadership on merit increases, promotions, and recognition programs Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and contracts in compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) Manage performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and recognition initiatives. • Support health, safety, and wellness initiatives in partnership with EHS teams. Revision 7.2025 • Manage relationships with Unions (including collective bargaining agreements) Manage Mexican Authorities' labor audits. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll, and compliance practices Experience in manufacturing preferred Proven ability to influence leadership and manage change Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
