An international automotive component manufacturer in Terre Haute, IN area is seeking a Human Resource Manager who is responsible for implementing and nurturing HR strategies that align with company goals.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee talent development to ensure productive workforce Lead recruitment, training and retainment of personnel Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Maintain a safe and respectful workplace Manage employ relations and engagement programs to nurture a positive work environment Oversee KPIs to measure company performance and reach goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field At least 5 years of HR management or supervisory experience Prefer experience working for an industrial manufacturer Prefer experience overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees Strong computer and mathematical skills Non-union environment experience preferred
