Human Resources Manager Wabash, IN Area On-Site $105,000-$115,000 Base + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits About the Opportunity Our client is a long-standing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a key production facility. This position serves as a strategic business partner to site leadership and will play a key role in employee relations, labor relations, culture development, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. What You'll Do Lead all HR activities for a unionized manufacturing facility Partner with operational leadership to drive workforce initiatives Manage employee and labor relations matters Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements Support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning Coach leaders on performance management and employee development Conduct investigations and ensure employment law compliance Utilize HR technology, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making Promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of HR leadership experience Manufacturing or industrial HR background strongly preferred Union labor relations experience required Experience supporting both union and non-union employees Strong employee relations and leadership coaching capabilities HRIS and HR technology proficiency Excellent communication and relationship-building skills #
