We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant to business leaders within a manufacturing environment in Warsaw, IN. This role drives organizational effectiveness by developing and executing HR programs that support talent growth, employee engagement, and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience (or equivalent combination) Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
