May 27, 2026 share to twitter share to facebook share to linkedin Save Job Description About Us Senior Human Resources Manager Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Oversee recruiting and staffing efforts to attract and retain top talent Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA) Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns Drive performance management processes and employee development programs Administer compensation and benefits programs Develop and implement training, engagement, and retention initiatives Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems Conduct exit interviews and use insights to improve retention strategies Support and enforce organizational policies and procedures Safety & Compliance Lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations Promote a safe, productive, and compliant work environment Leadership Responsibilities Provide leadership for HR programs supporting approximately 300 employees Supervise a small HR team Support a 24/7 operation, including off-shift availability as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive business results Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification Manufacturing environment experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) Core Competencies Strategic thinking and business partnership Employee relations and conflict resolution Talent acquisition and retention Performance management and development Regulatory compliance and risk management Strong communication and leadership skills
