Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with leadership and management teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor on human capital management, employee relations, and organizational development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position offers an opportunity to influence large-scale organizational change, enhance talent management initiatives, and drive HR excellence across the enterprise. Duties Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR plans that support business objectives and foster organizational growth. Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective recruiting strategies, overseeing candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing conflict management solutions. Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills, support succession planning, and promote continuous learning. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA regulations, HR legal standards, and EEO policies. Administer HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, and PeopleSoft for data collection, reporting, and process automation. Drive change management initiatives by facilitating large-scale organizational transitions and process improvements. Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce trends, inform strategic planning, and optimize human resources management practices. Support performance management processes through employee evaluations, coaching sessions, and feedback mechanisms. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing employee data within HRIS platforms. Experience Must have excellent employee relation skills Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role within a complex organization. Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. Demonstrated expertise in employment law compliance, HR legal standards, and HR systems such as Workday or Oracle HCM. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in large-scale change management projects and process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with benefits administration systems like ADP or UltiPro is preferred. Data analysis skills for collecting insights from HR metrics to inform strategic decisions. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high ethical standards.
