POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Director will lead all functions within the Human Resources Department to align with the company's mission, vision, and core values. This position oversees the strategic and operational aspects of HR, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture. The HR Director will design and implement programs and policies, drive employee engagement, develop internal training and communication strategies, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and performance philosophies. Leads HR and Training teams, develops talent, and oversees team goals and success. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR matters, including talent management, workforce development, organizational development, comp and benefit strategies, employee leaves, and more. Champion initiatives that promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Oversees recruitment strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Develop and lead internal training strategies, programs, and resources to foster employee growth, career development, and succession planning. Lead efforts to enhance employee experience, engagement, and build a strong employer brand. Develop and execute internal communication strategies that keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged across all levels of the organization. Ensure HR processes, systems, and programs are efficient, scalable, and compliant with regulations. Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration, and performance review programs to align with industry standards and company goals. Oversee all HR compliance functions, including benefits administration, leave management, and adherence to applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations. Manage HR related audits and maintain accurate employee records. Proactively address workplace risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. "

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles. Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, or a combination of several. Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in HR technologies and data driven decision making.

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to see, hear, talk, write, read, stand, walk, bend over, and be alert at all times. While infrequent, employee may need to visit warehouse locations in which employee may need to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
