As a locally owned manufacturer, we value relationships as much as craftsmanship. That means we're looking for someone who not only knows HR inside and out—but who genuinely cares about people, culture, and community.
What You'll Own:
From hiring to high-fives, you'll be the go-to for all things
HR:
Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding Maintain HRIS systems and employee records Administer benefits, leaves, workers comp, and compliance programs Support a safe, engaging, and inclusive work environment Partner with leaders to foster strong employee relations and performance Manage key programs like 401(k), OSHA reporting, policy updates, and more
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years in HR (preferably in manufacturing or operations) Experience in compliance, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, FLSA, and other HR laws Exceptional communication and organizational skills A true team player who can juggle strategy and day-to-day with ease

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
