Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Direct regional HR strategy and daily human resources operations to align workforce initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to establish performance expectations, support goal alignment, and strengthen accountability across teams.
- Lead talent acquisition and succession efforts by identifying staffing needs, evaluating candidates, and developing internal leadership pipelines.
- Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, providing guidance on conflict resolution, investigations, and workplace concerns.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and related HR programs to ensure competitiveness, consistency, and effective administration.
- Develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and practices that support compliance with employment laws and company standards.
- Assess training and development needs, then implement programs that enhance employee capability and manager effectiveness.
- Guide talent review and workforce planning processes to support retention, organizational growth, and long-term business needs.
- Support HR systems and payroll-related processes, including improvements or implementations involving HRIS platforms and ADP tools when needed
