Job Overview The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager supports organizational goals by developing and maintaining a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives Maintain employe records and HR documentation Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination Oversee performance management and employee apprasial systems Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions Ensure complaince with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations Promote employee engagement and workplace culture Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports Advise managers on HR best practices and workforce planning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-7 years experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Professional HR certification is desired Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
