This role serves as the bridge between leadership and site-level teams, ensuring consistency, accountability, and strong execution while adapting to local needs. You are the fixer, the coach, and the steady hand when things get messy. If you like solving problems, holding leaders accountable, and improving systems without micromanaging, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations across assigned locations to ensure performance, compliance, and service standards are met Partner with site leaders to drive results, improve processes, and resolve operational challenges Identify trends across locations and implement scalable solutions People Management Lead, coach, and support site leaders and managers to build strong, accountable teams Address employee relations issues, performance concerns, and corrective actions in partnership with HR Support hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts across the region Model leadership expectations and reinforce company culture Strategy & Execution Execute company initiatives consistently across all locations Communicate expectations clearly and ensure alignment between leadership and field teams Use data and feedback to guide decisions and improvements Compliance & Accountability Ensure locations follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Hold leaders accountable for performance, attendance, conduct, and results Escalate risks and challenges proactively with solutions in mind
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience leading multi-site teams or operations Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority Comfortable handling difficult conversations and performance management Organized, decisive, and able to manage competing priorities Willingness to travel as needed within the region (Louisiana) LA Health Solutions is an integrated medical facility focused on providing the community with multispecialty care with clinics across the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge area.
