Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with OSHA standards and promote workplace safety. data collection, reporting, and maintaining employee records. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development initiatives. Lead process improvement initiatives within the HR department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with management to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR practices.
