A healthcare staffing company (government contractor) has immediate opening for an experienced Program Manager.

Qualifications:

Must have at least Bachelor's degree Must have at least two (2) years' experience in a similar environment. Must be familiar with FAR clauses

Contracting Officers Orientation:

Perform new employee orientation to inform new staff of policies and procedures and advise new staff through government check in processes. Coordinate with government contract administrators and unit managers to coordinate orientations of new staff, and implementation of any new regulations or matrix changes Oversee all aspects of contract compliance: Recognize and take appropriate action regarding tardiness, poor job performance and poor attitude of staff. Reconcile and complete government reports to provide accurate accounting to government and corporate office. Supervise and assist Credentials Coordinator with all aspects of credentialing to ensure that all staff are in compliance with government regulations.
