Job Description
Job Overview The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing HR operations for an organization with 400+ employees. This role ensures compliance, maintains personnel records, supports leadership, and helps drive HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities HR Leadership & Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day human resources functions and provide guidance to leadership and staff.Policy & Procedure Collaboration:
Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.Personnel Records Management:
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee personnel files and documentation.Employee Relations:
Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Reporting:
Develop and analyze HR reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.Organizational Management:
Support HR operations for a workforce of 400+ employees.Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information.Collaboration:
Partner with the CFO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and special projects.
