HR Manager

Very reputable and consistently growing 15 location Manufacturing group is looking for an HR Manager for their MA location. This is a direct hire permanent position with great benefits, perks and compensation. This is a challenging position that will work directly with the VP of HR & HR personnel from other locations. Responsibilities and Skills:

This position will work with the VP of Human Resources to ensure all human resources practices of the facility are done within our core values. Provide leadership and support in all functional areas of human resources including employment, employee records, employee relations, performance evaluations, employee development, training and special projects - this includes compliance with federal and state employment law, implementation of Company policy, compensation, staffing, training, benefits administration, payroll functions and recruiting. As a key member of the plant management team provide sound advice and coaching to department managers on all HR related areas that impact the plant Highly credible; high degree of honesty, ethics, and integrity. Proactive and self-motivated, results oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established time frames. Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications and/or meetings. Promote teamwork and interface with employees on continual basis. Coordinates employee special events such as cook-outs and other social events. Recommend and seek continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and programs through coordination and consultation with Human Resources Director; Establish and maintain employment practices and procedures in accordance with plant and corporate guidelines and in compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws including EEOC, ADA, Civil Rights Act, and any applicable Affirmative Action Plans Plan and participate in performance management activities such as disciplinary reviews, terminations, standard employee reviews and succession planning. Documents appropriate information throughout the performance management process. Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources OR equivalent work experience Experience within a manufacturing/industrial company a Requirement Microsoft suite and HR computer management system experience Talent acquisition and onboarding background 3-5 years experience

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
