Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead core human resources operations across hiring, onboarding, performance discussions, employee development, and separation processes.
- Draft and manage employment offers, ensuring candidates receive accurate information and a smooth experience from selection through acceptance.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and supervisors on workplace policies, employee relations matters, and human resources guidance.
- Oversee biweekly payroll processing for a multistate workforce, including coordination for domestic and international payroll activities.
- Administer employee benefit programs, support annual enrollment activities, and help manage retirement plan processes.
- Maintain HR records, personnel documentation, and reporting while ensuring alignment with applicable employment laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate leave administration and monitor related documentation to support accurate recordkeeping and employee support.
- Review and approve employee expense submissions, with experience using expense management platforms preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in human resources.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated experience processing payroll, including biweekly and multistate payroll for a small to midsize employee population.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, expense reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of employee benefits administration, including retirement plans such as 401(k) programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- HR certification is a plus.
