Job Description

Job Description We're hiring: Global Human Resources Director Bemis Associates is entering its next phase of growth and organizational maturity and is seeking a Global Human Resources Director to help lead that evolution. This is a high-ownership leadership role reporting to the President and serving on the Executive Leadership Team. The role also leads HR for North America, with full accountability for results across regions -- not just advising, but delivering outcomes. You'll operate close to the business: coaching executives, using data to drive decisions, and building the systems, leaders, and culture needed to scale a high-performing, purpose-driven organization. What you'll own: Coach and develop senior leaders and leaders-of-leaders through growth and change Build simple, effective operating routines that drive accountability and results Use HR data and business insight to identify risks, set priorities, and guide decisions Strengthen a culture aligned to purpose, clear objectives, and disciplined in execution Lead global HR operations across the full employee lifecycle Drive consistent, high-quality employee relations practices across regions Own and evolve performance management and leader development Lead global compensation processes in partnership with Finance Own HRIS, data integrity, and reporting to enable faster, better decisions Partner closely with business leaders in a fast-moving, growth environment What we're looking for: Proven, results-oriented HR leader with global experience Comfortable leading through influence in a matrixed organization Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Track record across core HR functions: operations, performance, compensation, HRIS Experience developing leaders of leaders with practical, scalable approaches Pragmatic problem-solver who brings clarity to ambiguity and drives follow-through Clear communicator with high integrity and sound judgment in confidential matters
Travel :
Domestic and international travel as required.
Salary:
