Job Description

HR ManagerLocation:
Springfield, MA areaWe are partnering with a rapidly growing, privately held company that has nearly doubled in size over the past several years and is now approaching 100 employees. With a brand-new office and an outstanding culture, this organization is seeking an HR Manager who is excited to take full ownership of the HR function and make a meaningful impact.

This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys both hands-on execution in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe HR Manager will oversee the full scope of generalist and day-to-day tactical HR operations, including:

Benefits administrationLeave management, including FMLA and Massachusetts PFMLEmployee onboarding and offboardingHRIS and employee records managementHR compliance and reportingPerformance review trackingEmployee handbook maintenance and policy support In addition to managing core HR operations, this person will also contribute at a strategic level by supporting:

HR budget managementStrategic planningOrganizational developmentBroader people operations initiativesQualifications5+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong knowledge of Massachusetts HR practices and regulationsExperience with Massachusetts PFMLConstruction or industrial industry experience preferredStrong HRIS proficiency and comfort working within internal systems Why JoinThis is an excellent opportunity to step into a highly visible role with real ownership and influence.
