HR Manager Salary:
$100,000–$130,000Location:

HR Manager:
- Provide oversight for compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance activities
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes school‑wide
- Maintain and evolve policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting requirements
- Guide HR systems administration, workers' compensation, and retirement plans
- The HR Manager directly supervises payroll operations and staff Qualifications for the
HR Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, finance, or related discipline
- 5 years of progressive HR and benefits experience
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
