As a Human Resources Manager , you will oversee daily HR operations, support team member engagement, and ensure compliance while partnering with leadership to build a strong, inclusive workforce.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of HR experience Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Address employee relations concerns and conduct investigations Support performance management and training initiatives Maintain employee records and HR systems Partner with leadership on staffing and workforce planning

Detailed Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Manager oversees day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. This role works closely with department leaders to support staffing needs and maintain a productive and compliant work environment. The HR Manager ensures policies are followed, supports team member development, and contributes to organizational success through effective HR practices.

Daily Tasks:

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR issues Maintain HR records and documentation Monitor compliance with policies and regulations Assist with training and development programs Generate HR reports and track key metrics
