In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, client relationship management, and team development within your branch. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional staffing solutions, foster strong client partnerships, and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine strategic sales initiatives with hands-on talent management in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing staffing team focused on delivering tailored recruitment solutions across various industries. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and consultative selling techniques. Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates via HRIS systems like Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment contracts. Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities through research, social media management, and lead generation strategies. Oversee compliance with employment and labor laws while ensuring all staffing activities align with company policies and legal standards. Utilize ATS platforms such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft to track candidate pipelines, manage internal recruiting efforts, and streamline workflows. Conduct employee orientation, performance evaluations, and employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment. Requirements Demonstrated success in sales roles within staffing or human resources industries, with a focus on technical recruiting or executive search preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Extensive experience in talent acquisition methods including campus recruitment, HR sourcing, and succession planning. Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, or Taleo; familiarity with HRIS systems like PeopleSoft is a plus. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across all levels of staffing. Ability to manage multiple priorities using tools like Salesforce or iCIMS for lead generation and relationship management. Proven leadership skills in training & development initiatives that enhance team performance and employee engagement.
