This pivotal role combines strategic talent acquisition, high-volume recruitment, and sales leadership to drive business growth and client satisfaction. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and foster lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting, HR sourcing, and employment law will ensure compliance while delivering exceptional staffing solutions. Duties Lead the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding, utilizing talent management software Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and social media marketing (recruitment). Manage high-volume staffing campaigns across various industries Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective relationship management, HR legal compliance, and employment law adherence. Conduct interviews for a wide range of roles including construction, manufacturing, flagging, and more. Oversee employee orientation, evaluation, training & development programs to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law while managing employee relations issues professionally and proactively. Experience Proven success in sales combined with extensive experience in full cycle recruiting within a staffing or human resources environment. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects Strong negotiation skills paired with talent management expertise including succession planning and talent acquisition strategies. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques such as external recruiting and social media marketing (recruitment). Experience working with HR legal compliance standards related to employment law in talent management and employee relations. Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels as well as building rapport with clients.
