Job Description
Job Summary Quality Assured Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical oversight of nursing staff while serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO. This leadership position is responsible for supervising RNs and LPNs, coordinating staffing operations, conducting clinical assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing schedule coverage, and supporting executive-level business operations. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Nursing Supervision Supervise and support all RN, LPN, CNA/GNA, and healthcare personnel. Conduct clinical assessments and nursing evaluations for clients and patients. Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to nursing standards, policies, and procedures. Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance. Assist with orientation, competency evaluations, and ongoing training of nursing staff. Investigate and address clinical incidents, complaints, and quality concerns. Ensure compliance with Maryland Board of Nursing regulations and Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ) requirements. Staffing & Scheduling Management Coordinate and oversee staff scheduling for healthcare contracts and private duty cases. Arrange schedule coverage for call-outs, vacancies, and emergency staffing needs. Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage across all client sites. Maintain staffing records, credentials, licenses, and certifications. Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and retention efforts. Executive Assistant to CEO Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence. Coordinate executive meetings and maintain meeting minutes. Assist with contract management, RFP responses, and business development activities. Support organizational planning, compliance initiatives, and strategic projects. Serve as liaison between the CEO, clients, staff, and external stakeholders. Administrative Oversight Supervise administrative assistants and office support staff. Develop and improve operational workflows and procedures. Track employee credentials, training, and compliance requirements. Assist with payroll verification, timesheet approvals, and staff records management. Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information. Qualifications Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in staffing agencies, home health, school nursing, private duty nursing, or healthcare operations preferred. Strong knowledge of Maryland nursing regulations and healthcare compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare staffing and workforce management. Knowledge of credentialing and regulatory compliance. Experience supporting executive leadership. CPR/BLS certification. Work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for staffing emergencies and executive support.
Pay:
