We are seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to operational leaders across our large and dynamic community. In this highly visible role, you will help drive employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness while supporting a workforce dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for older adults. How you will make an impact Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development. Coach and support managers in navigating complex employee matters and organizational challenges. Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen recruiting strategies and support hiring outcomes. Lead onboarding and new employee orientation efforts that create a welcoming and engaging experience. Develop and facilitate leadership development programs, training initiatives, and employee workshops. Drive employee engagement, recognition, communication, and retention strategies. Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA requirements. Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development across the community. Coordinate employee events, culture initiatives, and professional development opportunities. Utilize data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience from $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus. What you will need Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience PHR or SPHR preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
