We're seeking a driven Sales Branch Manager to lead our Auburn Hills, MI branch and help grow our presence throughout the market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building client relationships, developing new business, and leading a high-performing recruiting team. Sales & Business Development Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct client visits and workforce consultations to identify hiring needs. Present staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements. Expand market share and increase branch revenue. Represent the company at networking and community events. Leadership & Branch Operations Lead, coach, and mentor recruiting and branch staff. Oversee daily branch operations and staffing activities. Manage client priorities and team workload. Establish performance goals and accountability measures. Monitor branch growth, profitability, and overall performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Partner with corporate leadership to execute strategic business initiatives. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of staffing and recruiting industry experience. Proven B2B sales and business development experience. Demonstrated success generating new business and growing client relationships. Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous branch management experience within a staffing agency. Experience managing branch budgets and operational performance. Knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and workforce solutions. Existing business connections within the Auburn Hills and Metro Detroit market.
