Human Resources Manager Brighton, MI | Full‑Time | Exempt Lowry is a Brighton, Michigan based technology company, and we're looking for a Human Resources Manager who's excited to build and lead a people function in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you'll shape culture, support our team, and ensure we have strong, scalable HR practices. What You'll Do Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that support our people and business goals Lead full‑cycle recruiting and deliver a great candidate experience Own onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs Support managers and employees with coaching, guidance, and employee relations Maintain and enhance HR policies, compliance, and HR operations Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes Drive engagement and culture initiatives Coordinate payroll accuracy with Finance and manage benefits renewals Handle workers' compensation, safety reporting, and other compliance needs as required What You Bring Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience (tech or fast‑paced environment a plus) Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law Experience using modern workplace technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to improve productivity, reporting, communication, and process efficiency. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making Ability to work independently and manage a broad range of responsibilities HR certification (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred If this role aligns with your background and career goals, we invite you to apply.
