This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employees, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Administer employee benefits and act as liaison with benefits providers Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain accurate HR records and conduct regular audits Support workforce planning, training, and employee development initiatives Lead engagement programs and support a positive workplace culture Partner with leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth

Qualifications:

5+ years of Human Resources experience Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel between locations as needed

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based with occasional time in yard areas Requires sitting, standing, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
