About Worden Worden is a 75-year-old wood furniture manufacturer. Under its new leadership, Worden has seen sizable growth in the original facility, but has also experienced growth through a recent acquisition. Worden designs and produces wood furniture for libraries, learning, working, and living spaces. Specialties include veneer, laminate, and solid wood standard products combined with custom products, and hand-applied finishes. With the acquisition, Worden now has assembly and upholstery capabilities as well. Position Summary We're searching for a dynamic individual with experience in Human Resources. With the acquisition, the company has grown from 60 employees to over 110 employees across multiple facilities. And, future sales opportunities are coming in quickly, which means tremendous growth is on the horizon. Worden needs an HR manager that can help the company grow the team along with the rising sales volumes. We need someone that's dynamic, flexible, detailed, and able to lead. This job is perfect for a person that's interested in leading the Human Resources department and being an integral part of creating the team that's needed for future growth and success! This role will report to the CFO. Accountabilities Hiring for all roles of the company Manage and communicate company benefits Implement and improve HR programs and policies Weekly payroll across multiple facilities Performance reviews Plan events and celebrations Requirements Prefer 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Prefer a bachelor's degree in Business Proficient in benefits and payroll systems Excellent leadership, training, and developmental skills Strong decision-making skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Bilingual communication is a plus (English and Spanish)

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
