Responsibilities encompass:
Leading HR operations, ensuring efficient communication and supervisorial duties. Crafting and upholding company policies to align with compliance standards, including labor laws and ACA. Managing the full recruitment and employment cycle, from planning to exit interviews. Overseeing payroll processes and administrating comprehensive benefits programs. Providing counsel on employee relations to maintain a motivated workforce. Optimizing HRIS for effective data management and advancement of compensation structures. Collaborating with management to support business requirements and workplace initiatives. You are a confident, approachable professional well-versed in HR practices and employment law, thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing setup. With an eagerness to engage directly with staff and drive strategic HR goals, your future with us promises growth and fulfillment. Candidates should hold either a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, with a minimum of five years in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing environment supporting over 100 employees. Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and a background in BWC and FMLA are essential, with experience in ADP or SHRM certification considered advantageous.
