As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers.
You will drive all aspects that lead to a positive Site culture, an engaged and capable workforce, and efficient operations by:
Collaborating with Site leadership to drive culture and organizational development initiatives across multiple SitesPartnering with the Site managers to ensure operational excellence within the Site, supporting the vision and goals of the organizationCoaching and supporting Site leadership on all HR processes and activitiesLeading the HR team in all HR processes and activitiesDeliver and support the execution of WHS programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives at the site level in close partnership with plant leadershipCoaching and developing the HR team, supporting their continued career growthDeveloping relationships with the organizations and key figuresEnsuring compliance with various local and federal regulations, as well as company and Site policies, practices and agreements Key experiences and know-how:

Working with multiple stakeholders with diverse objectives, to ensure the most effective business solutions are derivedCarrying out succession planning activities and workforce talent gap closure activitiesSupporting and driving employee development and engagement initiatives within an organizationInterpreting and applying a collective bargaining agreementBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders of an organizationExecution of lean manufacturing processes around employee development and training, driving continuous improvement, to increase efficiency and productivityAnalyzing and using complex data to make decisionsParticipation in collective bargaining processes Behaviors of a successful
Human Resources Manager:
Courage to make decisions, always keeping in mind the consequences of those decisions and their impact on the Site as well as the company as a whole, and being supportive of this courage in othersOpenness to the ideas of others and seeking out those with different capabilities and experiences in order to most effectively achieve an objectiveFocus on change, continuous improvement and the future, being able to understand the vision of the overall company and the Site, set a vision for HR within the Site, and drive to the realization of that visionConscientiousness of the cost implications of the decisions made during the design, implementation and execution of HR activities and initiatives, ensuring maximum efficiency and a strong benefit-cost ratioInternalize the needs of customers, as well as every employee within the Site, and devotion to creating an environment that inspires those around them Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 8 years of combined experience in manufacturing, training, or human resourcesMinimum of 3 years of experience leading others in a manufacturing environmentAble to coach and develop teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:
