With support from the Manager, departmental specialists, the Human Resources Business Partner forms partnerships across the organization to support a positive and productive working environment at Aspirus St. Luke's. With support from departmental specialists, the position has duties in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, compensation, HR compliance and special projects for assigned employee groups. Works to ensure policies, contract language and past practice are applied appropriately in supported areas.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field or equivalent. +Experience:
At least two (2) years of professional Human Resources experience. +Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to handle a variety of situations with minimal or no supervision; maintain a strict degree of confidentiality; work under pressure of deadlines, frequent interruptions and stressful conditions. Knowledge of general office principles and duties including use of business letter writing, forms and filing procedures; of office methods, procedures, and equipment.
