In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and employees to answer questions, provide guidance, and help resolve workplace concerns. Maintain employee personnel, medical, and DOT files including compliance Update and maintain employee handbook and recommend any updates to internal company policies. 10+ years of direct HR experience Knowledge of HRIS systems- direct Paycom experience is a plus! Ability to build relationships quickly and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employee Proven success within a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively and efficiently Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent education and experience.
