Responsibilities include: Leads all operations of the City of Princeton HRA, oversees a 40-unit public housing program. Reports to the Princeton HRA Board of Directors, this position is responsible for strategic leadership, fiscal and operational management, HUD and Fair Housing Act compliance, resident services, and overall program performance.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field. Leadership experience in housing programs or public sector management. Strong knowledge of HUD programs, Fair Housing Act regulations, and public housing operations. Experience with budgeting, finance, and program oversight.
