Job Title:
- Human Resources Manager

- Rochester, MN (Onsite)
Employment Type:
- Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $102,000 base salary + up to 15% bonus
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to own and elevate the full scope of HR operations within a fast-paced, technical organization in Rochester, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for professional and exempt roles + Oversee onboarding, relocation support, and employee recognition programs + Design and manage performance management frameworks, including annual review processes + Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, and training & development + Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations matters and investigations + Analyze compensation and benefits trends and make recommendations to leadership + Support learning and development initiatives and internal employee growth opportunities + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations + Stay current on HR best practices, employment law updates, and HRIS/HR technology •
Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field + 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong employee relations and HR program ownership + Experience in compensation, compliance, talent management, and full HR lifecycle support + Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills + Ability to operate independently in a hands-on HR leadership role
