Human Resources Manager Direct Hire Opportunity Location:

$75,000-$110,000 annually Position Summary We are recruiting for a direct-hire Human Resources Manager to lead HR at a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hands-on role partners with plant leadership and corporate HR to support employee relations, recruiting, retention, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities as a Human Resources Manager Lead daily HR operations and advise plant leadership on employee matters. Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention. Support employee engagement and leadership development. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recordkeeping requirements. Partner with operations and safety teams on workplace safety and employee accommodations. Monitor HR metrics and oversee benefits, leave administration, and payroll coordination. Qualifications for a Human Resources Manager Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or food production. Strong employee relations, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance. Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting, and Microsoft Office. SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
