Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our organization's HR initiatives and cultivate a thriving workplace culture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. Your leadership will drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, foster employee engagement, and ensure the organization remains compliant with employment laws and regulations. Primary Duties:
Work with the Employee recruitment specialist with interviews and backgrounds. Conduct New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Conduct interviews with applicants for potential placement for open positions within the company. Records and maintains personnel files in accordance with company, state and federal regulations. Assist applicants with personnel issues or complaints. Update and maintain employee time daily. Complete payroll on a biweekly basis. Assist employees with payroll inquiries. Assist the team with monthly in-service and/or continuing education. Complete tasks within allowed time frame.
