Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance management systems to promote continuous growth. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA compliance while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, HR legal standards, and regulatory requirements across all HR functions. Utilize HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Implement affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture. Coordinate with leadership on organizational design projects and change management initiatives to support business transformation efforts. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management within a dynamic organizational setting. Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, workforce management, and project management principles. Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, Ceridian, or similar platforms; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis). Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Experience with benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex or equivalent), and personnel administration tasks. Ability to develop strategic plans for employee development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Skilled in conflict management techniques and fostering positive employee relations. Administrative experience supporting HR department functions including data entry, interview coordination, and HRIS system support.
