Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
HR Leadership & Operations- Lead the HR function, establish priorities, and ensure HR processes, systems, records, and services are effective, accurate, and responsive. Talent, Development & Performance
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, training, and leadership development. Coach managers on recruiting, interviewing, performance, employee relations, and leadership. Employee Relations
- Provide guidance on employee concerns, investigations, performance issues, discipline, promotions, and terminations. Ensure matters are handled consistently, fairly, and in accordance with company policy and employment law. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee employee benefits for union and salaried employees, including open enrollment, vendor relationships, communications, and administration. Support compensation reviews, merit increases, and incentive programs. Compliance & Risk Management
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on employment law and HR policies.
