Overview:
The Human Capital Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to division leadership, aligning Human Capital strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, talent outcomes, and sustainable growth. The role partners closely with leaders and Human Capital centers of expertise to deliver integrated solutions across workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, associate engagement, compensation, change leadership, and compliance. The Human Capital Business Partner leverages business insight, data, and external trends to influence decision-making, strengthen leadership effectiveness, build organizational capability, and ensure the division has the talent required to meet current and future business needs, while maintaining alignment with the firm's culture and values What you'll do: Effectively partner with division leadership to enhance strategic planning and implementation of business initiatives while supporting short and long-term talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development. Align the direction, development, implementation, and integration of coordinated Human Capital strategies and programs, partnering closely with Human Capital centers of expertise to support division objectives (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, etc.). Partner in the development and implementation of change management strategies that support the evolution of the business and achieve sustainable business results over time. Participate in the development and execution of the Human Capital division's long-term strategy. Advise senior leaders and other business leaders on business and human capital matters, providing insight and options that align with legal and compliance requirements, firm values, and culture. Continuously enhance professional capabilities by understanding and applying external trends and analytics to introduce new ideas and drive innovation. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree Seven or more years of related Human Capital experience and demonstrated progression with increasing responsibility. Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal business partners. Demonstrated success influencing and coaching at the senior leadership level. Must have working knowledge and demonstrated capability across Human Capital functions and practices, including organizational design and consulting, associate relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, recruiting, associate engagement and retention, employment law, organizational development, change leadership, coaching, and communications. Must possess a comprehensive understanding of how these disciplines integrate to deliver business solutions and support leaders in their implementation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively across all levels of the organization.
