Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
  • Manage joining formalities, onboarding checklists, new-hire records, and induction scheduling.
  • Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to ensure new hires are ready on time.
  • Coordinate office vendors, facilities requests, supplies, and office services through resolution.
  • Coordinate immigration case logistics, document requests, timelines, and employee communications with outside counsel without providing legal advice.
  • Maintain accurate HR files and trackers, and complete operational tasks with minimal rework.
  • Provide responsive, professional, and discreet support to candidates and employees. Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on HR operations or people operations experience.
  • Direct ownership of offers, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Strong execution, follow-through, attention to detail, and document accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across employees, recruiters, vendors, and outside counsel.
  • Professional communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating with immigration attorneys.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and electronic-signature tools.
  • Experience in a consulting or IT services environment.
  • Vendor, facilities, or office-operations coordination experience.
